I. Test Yourself.  Punctuate the sentences.

II. Add the necessary commas to the sentences.

  4. Exhausted after the cross-country competition the runners lay down to rest.

EDUFOLKS TIPS

Punctuation Marks

·       The sentence is never complete without a punctuation mark.

·       Period/full stop, exclamation mark and question mark are ending punctuation marks in a sentence.

·       An exclamation mark is used to express sudden emotions.
